Short Term Apartment Suites: (one week -
one month*)
Studios, one and two bedroom rentals are
available on a short-term basis and include a variety of amenities to
accommodate short San Diego stays. The number of available rentals are
limited, but we will provide you with a variety of alternatives (suites
and hotels) if we have no vacancies for your time frame.

Mid Term Apartments and Condos: (one
month and longer)
Residential offers a wonderful selection of fully
furnished executive rentals specifically for the mid-term traveler.
One, two and three bedroom homes and condos are available as a wonderful
and affordable alternative to the hotel. Our one bedrooms are over
twice the size of hotel rooms and several hundred dollars less per month!
Choose from a variety of locations (based upon availability) and bask in
the Southern California sunshine.

Amenities available for the home include garages, air conditioning,
microwaves, washer/dryers, ocean views, cable television, fireplaces,
balconies, patios, telephone service, computer/internet service, and much
much more! Property amenities can include pools, spas, saunas, lighted
tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, exercise facilities, and more.

Custom Homes: (two months and longer)
If we do not have it, well build it! Residential
offers our long-term clients the ability to design their own corporate
rental homes. Choose from our large selection of designer
furniture combinations and locations throughout San Diego,
La Jolla and Del Mar, California*. Residential will then customize
your one, two, or three bedroom corporate home specifically for your
corporate stay. We do the work, you enjoy the results!
Picture yourself in Pacific Beach, La Jolla or even Del Mar - just
seconds from the ocean. Take in wonderful sunsets and terrific
breezes from your corporate home. Amenities are unlimited, just let
Residential know what you desire and chances are we will make it a
reality; business travelers may want to take advantage of our
"in-home office" that can include computer, selected software,
high speed internet access, facsimile and color printer.

*Prices include a variety of additional
options that include some or all of the following: Gas + Electric, Basic
Telephone Service, Cable TV, Maid Service, Buffet Breakfasts and
Complimentary Newspapers. Stays of thirty days or less are assessed
the San Diego Hotel Tax.
Deposits are required on all rentals. *Gas
+ Electric is covered up to $50.00 per month one bedroom rentals, $65.00
per month on two bedrooms $85.00 per month on three bedroom
Executive Condominiums and $100.00 per month on Homes. (*amounts
covered may vary depending upon location)
